The Emotion Code® is a wellness approach focused on emotional stress and how unresolved emotional experiences can affect the body, thoughts, and nervous system. The Body Code™ is its broader companion system, looking at imbalances the body may be holding across multiple areas, including emotional patterns, energy, structural tension, and lifestyle factors. The goal of both is to help a person identify what their body may still be carrying and support its release through conversation, intention, and body feedback techniques.
It is not a religion, spiritual practice, psychic work, or medical treatment.
This process is structured and focused on identifying specific areas where the body may be holding stress, then gently helping it release those patterns.
My focus is creating a calm, grounded, and pressure-free experience where you feel safe, respected, and supported at your own pace.
That’s very common. You don’t need to have everything figured out. Part of the process is helping uncover where your body may be holding stress and supporting it from there.
Limiting beliefs are assumptions or conclusions we may hold about ourselves, others, or life that can influence how we think, feel, and respond. Sometimes these beliefs develop as a form of protection, even if they no longer feel helpful today.
Many beliefs and patterns begin developing through life experiences, relationships, and repeated messages we receive about ourselves and the world. Some of these beliefs can be supportive, while others may continue influencing us long after they are needed.
I believe our beliefs can influence how we interpret situations, respond to challenges, and view ourselves. Becoming more aware of these patterns can create opportunities for personal growth, emotional awareness, and greater well-being.
No. I do not consider myself a healer, and I do not diagnose, treat, cure, or fix people.
My role is to help clients identify patterns of stress, emotional tension, habits, beliefs, and experiences that may still be influencing them today. I view the body as having an incredible capacity to adapt, self-regulate, and move toward balance.
My goal is simply to guide the process and support greater awareness.

You don’t have to believe everything before you book. You’re welcome to simply experience a session and decide for yourself afterward.
No. You do not need to believe in this work to participate in a session. My approach is designed to be grounded, practical, and approachable.
I do not use spiritual rituals, psychic practices, spirit communication, crystals, channeling, or ceremonial practices. Sessions focus on emotional patterns, stress responses, self-awareness, and personal growth in a calm and respectful environment.
Yes. Skepticism is welcome here. Some of the people I’ve worked with came in unsure and stayed that way for a while. You don’t need to be a believer for the session to be calm, respectful, and worth your time. You’re allowed to simply observe what happens and make your own conclusions.
No. You don’t need to believe anything for me to do my work. What matters is that you’re open to the experience and willing to notice what changes, if anything. Results vary from person to person, and that’s honest.
That’s a fair question. Muscle response testing is generally understood as a form of biofeedback. Some practitioners associate the response with the subconscious or nervous system; researchers often describe it as an ideomotor response, a small involuntary movement that reflects what the body or mind is already processing. The research is still evolving. I treat it as a complementary wellness tool, not a diagnostic instrument, and I’m honest about that.
That’s a fair consideration. The placebo effect is a real, well-documented physiological response, not an illusion. If part of what happens in a session is your nervous system finally finding a calm enough space to settle, that’s still a meaningful shift, regardless of the mechanism. I’m more interested in whether you feel different afterward than in proving any single explanation.
That can happen, and it’s normal. Some people feel calmer almost immediately, others notice changes gradually over days, and a few don’t feel a strong shift in one session. None of those outcomes mean something is wrong. I’ll never pressure you to keep going if the work doesn’t feel like a fit.
No. This isn’t a religion, a spiritual practice, psychic work, energy reading, or anything connected to spiritism or the supernatural. It’s a structured wellness approach focused on stress patterns the body may be carrying. Clients of any faith, or no faith, are welcome.
The Emotion Code®, The Body Code™, and The Belief Code™ specifically don’t have large clinical trials behind them, and I’m honest about that. What does have growing research support is the broader context this work sits inside, including how stress is stored in the body, how the nervous system regulates emotion, and how implicit memory shapes behavior. I share those topics as background context, not as proof of any single technique.

We identify areas where your body may be holding stress, bring awareness to those areas, and use gentle techniques to help your body release it.
It means gently supporting your body in letting go of stress responses it may have been carrying from past experiences, so it can settle into a more relaxed state.
Not literally. A better way to understand it is that the body can remember stress responses in certain areas, like tension in muscles or discomfort in the stomach.
Muscle testing is simply used as a form of body feedback, similar to how stress can weaken physical performance, or how emotions affect posture, breathing, or tension. It has roots in kinesiology and has been used in wellness and rehabilitation settings for decades.
It’s not fortune telling, mind reading, or communication with spirits.
Muscle testing is a technique used by some wellness practitioners to observe the body’s responses to questions or areas of focus. While opinions differ on how it works, I personally view muscle testing as a form of biofeedback that may reflect subconscious or nervous-system responses.
I use it as a tool to help guide the session and identify areas that may benefit from attention. I do not view muscle testing as a source of supernatural information, psychic ability, spirit communication, medical diagnosis, or future prediction.
Research on muscle testing remains debated, and I encourage clients to draw their own conclusions. My goal is simply to support emotional awareness, personal growth, and overall well-being in a grounded and respectful way.
When people use the word “energy,” I personally think of it more in practical terms, like emotional tension, stress responses, nervous system activation, and the body’s natural communication and feedback systems.
No. In most cases, you do not need to revisit or talk through difficult memories for this to work.
Every person is different, so there is no set number of sessions that works for everyone.
Many clients choose to begin with weekly sessions, especially during the early stages of the process. As stress patterns, emotional tension, and beliefs are explored, other areas of focus may become more noticeable over time.
I like to describe this work as a gradual process of awareness and discovery. We typically begin with what feels most important or noticeable right now. As that area receives attention, other patterns may become easier to recognize and explore.
Some clients schedule a session only when a specific concern arises. Others prefer ongoing support over several weeks or months.
For those who want a more consistent approach, I created the Ongoing Support Package. In my experience, multiple sessions often provide greater opportunities to explore patterns, build awareness, and support lasting personal growth.
The right number of sessions depends on the individual, their goals, and the areas they would like to explore.

No. I do not have the ability to tell the future, read minds, or predict what will happen in your life.
This work is not about gaining hidden knowledge or accessing anything beyond what is natural. It does not involve intuition, psychic abilities, or anything supernatural.
The focus is simply on helping your body release stress based on what you are experiencing now.
This approach is based on the well-known connection between the body and stress responses. While research continues to grow, this is best understood as a wellness-based method, not a medical treatment.

How people feel after a session can vary from person to person. Many people report feeling calmer, lighter, more emotionally at ease, or more relaxed afterward. Others may notice increased clarity, improved mood, or a boost in energy.
Because the body and nervous system process stress differently for everyone, some people may also feel temporarily tired, emotional, or need extra rest and hydration as their body adjusts. Occasionally, emotions or memories may briefly surface as part of the body’s natural processing response.
Some people notice changes right away, while others experience more gradual shifts over the following days. Every experience is unique, and there is no ‘right’ or ‘wrong’ way to respond to a session.
That’s completely okay. Some people notice changes right away, while others experience more gradual shifts over time.
No. The process is gentle and guided by what your body is ready to release. Nothing is forced.
It depends on your goals and what your body is ready for. Some people notice changes quickly, while others prefer ongoing support.
No. You can approach it with curiosity and simply see how your body responds.
No. This is not a quick fix. It’s a supportive process that helps your body release stress over time.
