Animal Sessions
The same grounded work I do with people, applied to the animals you love. Cats, dogs, horses, and any other species, gently supported in letting go of stress patterns they may be carrying so they can feel more at ease.
Why this works for animals
Animals respond to their environments, their caretakers, and their histories in much the same way people do. They can’t put it into words, but the body holds onto stress all the same, from a difficult rescue, an injury, a move, the loss of a companion, repeated stressors, or just a sensitive nervous system.
The Emotion Code® and The Body Code™ work with animals using the same simple principle: identify what the body is holding onto, and gently support its release. No words required. No special compliance from the animal. Just calm, paced attention to what’s underneath.
What this can help with
How sessions work
We meet by video call. As the owner, you act as the connection, your animal doesn’t need to sit still on camera or even be in the room. This is the most common format and works for most situations.
I come to you. Some clients prefer this for sensitive dogs, smaller animals, horses, or any animal that’s most comfortable in their own environment. Service area is the Rockwall and greater Dallas metro, reach out and we’ll confirm logistics.
Not sure which is right? Book the session and tell me about your animal in the booking note. I’ll confirm the format that fits best.
Important boundaries
Just like with people, I want to be clear about what this work is not. Animal sessions are:
If your animal is showing medical symptoms, please see your veterinarian first. This work supports overall wellness alongside the care your animal already receives.
Animals I work with
From the small to the large, the common to the unusual. If they have a nervous system and they carry stress, this work can help.
